Transfers

  • 1. When sending money: there are no limits when sending money to another bank account.

    2. On my account balance: you can use an external bank account to fund your Moniflow account for up to $5,000 daily, $20,000 monthly and $240,000 annually.

    3. When transferring money: there are no amount limits when transferring money from your Moniflow account to your external bank accounts.

  • 1. Tap the "Transfers" tab on the navigation bar.

    2. Tap on "Fund Balance".

    3. Choose an external account, or add a new one, to add funds to your Moniflow account.

    4. Select or enter the amount to transfer.

    5. Confirm and authorize your transaction details.

  • You can fund your Moniflow account using Direct Deposit. To set up it up follow these steps:

    1. Tap the "Account" tab on the navigation bar.

    2. Tap on "Account Info".

    3. Copy the account and the routing number, and fill out your employer's Direct Deposit form.

  • Sending money through MoniFlow is free.

    Follow these steps to initiate a transaction:

    1. Tap the "Transfers" tab on the navigation bar.

    2. Tap on "Send Money".

    3. Choose an existing contact or add a new one. You must include the recipient's first name, last name, nickname (optional), bank account number and bank routing number.

    4. Select or enter the transfer amount.

    5. Confirm and authorize the details of your transaction.

    Note: Your transaction will be sent as an ACH transfer and will take between 1-3 days to settle.

  • 1. Open your transaction details.

    2. Tap on "Dispute".

    3. Select the reason for the dispute.

    4. Confirm your dispute details.

    Note: You will receive updates about your dispute via SMS.

  • When sending money: within 1-3 business days.

    On my account balance: immediately.

    When transferring money: within 1-3 business days.

 

Debit card

  • 1. Tap the "Card" tab on the navigation bar.

    2. Tap on "Get Started".

    3. If correct, confirm the existing shipping address or enter a new one.

    4. Read and accept the terms and conditions.

    5. Wait for your Moniflow debit card to arrive in the mail!

  • Yes! There are no fees to apply for your Moniflow debit card.

    However, if you request a card replacement you will be charged $8/per card.

  • You can use it anywhere where MasterCards are accepted.

  • No, your Moniflow account is directly linked to your Moniflow debit card.

  • Yes, you can use it anywhere where MasterCards are accepted, and there are no foreign transaction fees.

  • Once we've received your request, you will receive your Moniflow debit card within 7-15 days.

  • You can withdraw cash for free at over 55,000 AllPoint ATMs in the US.

  • Moniflow will not charge you any maintenance fees, overdraft fees, debit card issuance fees or account opening fees. There is also no minimum balance required to open your account.
